_builder_version=&#8221;4.6.6&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #fbd40a;\"><b>Legal counselling<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The users of the Counselling Centre have the possibility to receive legal counselling as well. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our legal experts, the Association\u2019s external associates shall provide you with basic legal information on how to initiate or continue a legal procedure, inform you on the possibilities of pro bono legal assistance which may be granted to you in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, whereby it is important to highlight that the Association does not have the funds for legal representation in administrative and legal proceedings.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the most part, legal counselling includes areas related to determining the capacity to engage in legal acts, guardianship, determining paternity, as well as the realisation of certain rights in the field of family, social and health care protection.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column_inner][\/et_pb_row_inner][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_4&#8243;
