<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n The \u201cTwo Blue Stripes\u201d Performance<\/span><\/strong> was created with the aim to raise youth awareness on the importance and necessity of responsible sexual behaviour in the prevention of minor pregnancies and it premi\u00e8red on 27th September 2018 in the Exit Theatre.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n It is intended for pupils of senior classes in primary school and secondary school students, parents and educators and teaching staff. The issues of minor pregnancies are openly discussed in the performance itself through the story of teenager Vita who, after finding out she is pregnant, is faced with a decision that will change her life forever. <\/span>The show was created as a co-production between the Full House Theatre, Exit Theatre, and Sisak City Theatre from the motives of the eponymous novel of the author Rosie Kugli. <\/span><\/p>\n The partners of the project<\/strong><\/span> are the Parents\u2019 Association \u201cStep by Step\u201d, the Croatian Society of Writers for Children, and Youth and Lelo Hex, while it is co-financed by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia, the City Office for Culture of the City of Zagreb, and the City of Sisak.<\/span><\/p>\n After every performance, there is also a discussion with the viewers on the topic of responsible sexual behaviour and experiences from their own life and surroundings. The discussion is led by Step\u2019s psychologists who have long-term experience in working on the prevention of high-risk sexual behaviour of youths and providing aid to minor and young parents.<\/span><\/p>\n This performance\u2019s goal is to encourage the youths to responsible sexual behaviour<\/span><\/strong> that implies the use of birth control in order to prevent unwanted pregnancy, as well as sexually transmitted diseases.
