<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n <\/b><\/p>\n The project Inclusive Support<\/span> (Uklju\u010diva podr\u0161ka) was carried out from 1st September 2019 to 31st August 2020, in cooperation with the Department of Prison Service<\/span> and Probation of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Croatia<\/span> and the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences<\/span>, along with the financial support of the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n The goal of the project was to contribute to the successful rehabilitation and reintegration of (former) prisoners and families through psychosocial support and mental healthcare services, the strengthening of the parent-child relationship and the strengthening of intersectoral cooperation. <\/span><\/p>\n The target group which we aimed to cover through the activities of this project are prisoners in Lepoglava and Po\u017eega Penitentiaries and Bjelovar Prison, former prisoners referred by the Probation Offices I and II, (former) prisoners\u2019 family members, justice system officials, experts of various profiles and representatives of the limited and general public.<\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_4″ _builder_version=”4.7.5″ _module_preset=”default”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.9.2″ _module_preset=”default” custom_padding=”0px|||||” saved_tabs=”all” global_module=”4003″]<\/p>\n <\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<\/h2>\n
