<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The project The support is here for you (Ima\u0161 podr\u0161ku) is being carried out since September 2020, in partnership with the <\/span>PET PLUS Association<\/b><\/span>, along with the financial support of the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy. The project will be carried out until September 2021 and is aimed at providing support to former prisoners in the process of reintegrating into the community, as well as their family members.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The <\/span>main goal of the project<\/b><\/span> is to contribute to the successful rehabilitation and reintegration of former prisoners and their families through psychosocial support and mental healthcare services, the strengthening of the parent-child relationship and the strengthening of intersectoral cooperation.<\/span><\/p>\n Specific<\/b> project <\/strong>goals<\/b>:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Target groups which we aim to cover with this project are <\/span>former prisoners, their children <\/b>and <\/span>immediate family members<\/b>, as well as representatives of the professional and the general public for whom the publications created under the project are intended.<\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_4″ _builder_version=”4.7.5″ _module_preset=”default”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.9.2″ _module_preset=”default” custom_padding=”0px|||||” saved_tabs=”all” global_module=”4003″]<\/p>\n <\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n
